Resource Finder was established based on the theory of the ‘Six Degrees of Separation’. The Six Degrees of Separation is a theory whereby everyone and everything is six or fewer steps away, by way of introduction, from any other person in the world.

Based on this theory, the founder of Resource Finder, Robert Fuller, set out to create an organisation that was worthy of being introduced to both medical professionals and medical organisations alike. Robert realised how competitive and saturated the medical recruitment industry is but recognised the need for change, therefore his aim was to build a company with genuine self-built networks both nationally and internationally, self-built relationships that are based on trust and positive experiences.
